The North Dakota Judges and Supreme Court Referendum, also known as Amendment to Section 89, was on the November 3, 1908 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure dealt with judges and the North Dakota Supreme Court.[1] The measure increased the number of members on the North Dakota Supreme Court from three to five.[2]

Text of measure
The measure amended North Dakota Constitution to increase the number of Supreme Court justices from three to five.[2]
