North Dakota Tax Commissioner Election Initiative (1938)

The North Dakota Tax Commissioner Election Initiative, also known as Providing for the election of a Tax Commissioner on a No-Party Ballot for a Four-Year Term, was on the June 28, 1938 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] The measure provided for the election of the Tax Commissioner in 1940 for a four-year term on the no-party ballot.[2]
