The North Dakota Tax Commissioner on Party Ballot Referendum, also known as Measure 2, was on the November 4, 1986 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] The measure removed the language requiring the North Dakota Tax Commissioner be elected on a nonpartisan ballot.[2]
