The North Dakota Tenure of Railroad Commissioners Referendum was on the June 30, 1926 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] The measure lengthened the Board of Railroad Commissioners terms to four-years.[2]
