North Dakota Two Congressional Districts, Referendum 1 (1960)

The North Dakota Two Congressional Districts Referendum, also known as Referendum 1, was on the November 8, 1960 ballot in North Dakota as a veto referendum, where it was approved.[1] The measure established two defined congressional districts that would each elect a representative to the U.S. Congress, instead of statewide at-large voting for both North Dakota representatives.[2]
