| Will the North Whidbey Park and Recreation District be authorized to impose regular property tax levies, to follow an expiring levy, of seventeen cents ($0.17) or less per thousand dollars of assessed valuation for each of six consecutive years commencing in 2011, for collection in the years 2012 through 2017, to pay a portion of the District’s operating and maintenance expenses, all as provided in District Resolution 11-02?[3] |
