Northbrook Village Electrical Aggregation Question (March 2012)
A Northbrook Village Electrical Aggregation Question was on the March 20, 2012 ballot in the village of Northbrook which is in Cook County.
This measure seeks to allow the village to aggregate its electricity and seek bids for lower rates from other electricity providers. Residents and small businesses would also be able to opt out of the aggregation program if they did not want to participate.[1]
