This measure sought to issue a bond in the amount of $54 million and to implement a levy which would be set at a rate of 4.2 mills in order to pay for construction, renovations and improvement costs in the school district. An additional levy of 1.7 mills would also have been implemented to pay for financing permanent improvement projects in the district.[3]
