The question on the ballot:
Shall the boundaries of the Northwest Fire Protection District be extended to include the following described property in Camden County, Missouri: All of Lots 6 of Dodd's Shady Rest Subdivision, a subdivision of record in Camden County, Missouri. Also, all of lots 7 through 39, inclusive of said Dodd's Shady Rest Subdivision, and all of lots 55 through 83 inclusive of Dodd's Shady Rest Subdivision. Also, all of the two tracts labeled as easements on the record plat of said subdivision, the first lying west of Lot 39, and the second lying west of lot 83 of Dodd's Shady Rest Subdivision.[3] |
