An Oak Harbor Tax Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Ottawa County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the municipality of Oak Harbor to renew a property tax levy of 5 mills ($5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years.[1]
