Shall the Oakesdale Park and Recreation District #4 be authorized to impose a special levy tax $67,000, an estimated $0.82 per thousand dollars of assessed valuation, to be collected in 2013 for the purpose of operating, maintaining and improving its recration facilities?[1][2]
