An Oakland Park City Revision Amendment question was approved with an overwhelming majority on the March 12, 2013 election ballot in Broward County, which is in Florida.
This measure amended the Oakland Park City Charter to eliminate ineffective language, clarify provisions, provide technical changes and consolidate material.[1]

| “ | A vote of "yes" would approve an amended City Charter. The amended City Charter provides for, renumbering and reorganization in order to eliminate ineffective language, clarify existing provisions, provide technical changes to the Charter regarding the operation of the City, and reorganizes the format to consolidate subject matter.[1][2] | ” |
