An Oakridge City Influence Of Administrator Amendment measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Lane County, which is in Oregon, where it was approved.
This measure amended the Oakridge City Charter to remove the prohibition against individual councilors attempting to influence the City Administrator's decisions regardign city property or city contracts outside of a city council meeting. This amendment would also remove the language that grants a judge power to remove councilors from office who attempt to influence the City Administrator.[1]
