Oaks Village Property Tax Measures, 2 (April 2010)
Two Oaks Village Property Tax Measures were on the April 6, 2010 ballot in the village of Oaks which is in Clay County.
The first measure asked voters if they wanted to allow the village to continue to collect the current levy that is in place.
- YES 29 (90.63%)
- NO 3 (9.38%)
The second measure asked voters if they wanted to add a twenty cent levy onto the current levy which would pay for waste disposal in the village.[1]
- YES 14 (42.42%)
- NO 19 (57.58%)[2]
