Obama Nominates Judge Brian C. Wimes to Serve on the United States District Court

Missouri: On September 22, 2011, President Obama nominated Judge Brian C. Wimes to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western District of Missouri.[1]

President Obama made this statement complimenting Judge Wimes,

“I am proud to nominate this outstanding candidate to serve on the United States District Court bench.” and “Judge Wimes has a long and distinguished record of service, and I am confident he will serve on the federal bench with distinction.”[1]
