Ohio: Mandatory retirement age for judges will be on this year's ballot

Ohio: A ballot measure passed by the Ohio Legislature will be put to voters the 2011 general election ballot in Ohio. The measure seeks to extend the mandatory retirement age of Ohio judges to 76 years of age. Currently, Ohio judges must retire when they reach the age of 70.[1][2]
