Three statewide ballot measures were on the 2011 statewide ballot in Ohio.
- One was a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, the second a veto referendum and the third an initiated constitutional amendment.
- One was approved, while two were defeated.

The signature filing deadline for the 2011 ballot in Ohio was July 6, 2011. A minimum of 385,245 signatures were required for initiated constitutional amendments.
The 2011 state legislative session began January 3. The end date was at the discretion of the legislature. Referrals to the ballot could be made anytime during that period.
