Ohio Domestic Relations Division Courts

The Ohio Domestic Relations Division Courts are trial courts in Ohio. The jurisdiction of Domestic Relations Division Courts extends to all cases involving divorce, dissolution of marriage, legal separation, and annulment. In larger counties, domestic relations might be a separate division of the court. In smaller counties, domestic relations might be combined with the probate, juvenile or general divisions of the court.[1]
