The Ohio General Assembly Sessions Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 3, 1908 ballot in Ohio as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have provided that regular sessions of the general assembly commence on the first Monday in January.[1][2]
