Ohio Gubernatorial Vetoes, Amendment 3 (1908)

The Ohio Gubernatorial Vetoes Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 3, 1908 ballot in Ohio as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have provided that bills vetoed by the governor could be re-passed upon two-thirds approval by the general assembly.[1][2]
