The Ohio Supreme Court Case Backlog Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the October 12, 1875 ballot in Ohio as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure created a five-member commission to help dispose of the supreme court's case backlog.[1]
