The Ohio judicial elections of 2010 consisted of a Primary Election on May 4, 2010 and a General Election on November 2, 2010.

Justices to the Ohio Supreme Court and Ohio District Courts of Appeal are elected to six-year terms. They run in the partisan primary election, but switch to nonpartisan candidates for the general election.
