In 1962, voters decided on five statewide ballot measures in Oklahoma. On May 1, voters decided on one measure. On May 22, voters decided on two measures. On September 20, voters decided on three measures. On November 6, voters decided on two measures.

• One of the measures was an initiated constitutional amendment.
• Four of the measures were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
• Voters approved two (40%) and rejected three (60%) measures.
