Oklahoma Council on Judicial Complaints

The Oklahoma Council on Judicial Complaints is a judicial disciplinary agency in Oklahoma.[1]
Organization
The council is made up of three members: two lawyers and one member of the public. One member is appointed by the president pro tempore of the senate, one by the speaker of the House of Representatives, and one by the president of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Members serve five-year terms with a two-term limit.
The agency is housed under the Executive Department, and employees are considered unclassified for personnel purposes.[2]
