Oklahoma Initiative 19, also known as "Oklahoma State Question 34," was proposed in 1911 by J.B. Phillips.
The initiative was abandoned and never appeared on the Oklahoma ballot.
The purpose of the abandoned initiative was to pass a new statute that would "remove Oklahoma State University from Norman and consolidate with Agricultural and Mechanical College at Stillwater."
