Oklahoma Initiative 20, also known as "Oklahoma State Question 35," was proposed in 1911 by T.N. Shaw.
The initiative was abandoned and never appeared on the Oklahoma ballot.
The purpose of the abandoned initiative was to pass a new statute that would "Abolish the Colored Agricultural , Normal University at Langston and the Industrial Institute for Deaf, Blind and Orphans at Taft Oklahoma."
