Oklahoma Initiative 4, also known as "Oklahoma State Question 9," was proposed by the People's Initiative and Referendum League in Oklahoma around 1910. The measure was abandoned and never appeared on the ballot.
Objective of the initiative:
Locate the Oklahoma Institution for the feeble-minded in the "New Jersualem" District, and authorizing the procuring of temporary quarters for said institution pending its location and the erection of suitable building therefore.
