Oklahoma Special District Judge Allen Klein to retire at the end of the year

Oklahoma: Special Tulsa District Court Judge Allen Klein has announced his retirement effective December 31, 2011. Klein has served the court since August 28, 1981 and has handled a multitude responsibilities ranging from civil and domestic cases to protective orders during his 30 year career. Klein currently works on preliminary hearings within the Criminal Courts Division. Klein has plans to return to private practice in his retirement and continuing to participate in local marathons. The Court will soon begin searching for a suitable replacement for Judge Klein which will include salary of $105,000.[1]
