Oliver Baines
Oliver Baines was a member of the Fresno City Council in California, representing District 3. He was first elected to the position in 2010.[1]

Baines' professional experience includes working as an officer for the Fresno Police Department for 11 years.[1]
Elections
2014
The city of Fresno, California held a general election on November 4. A primary election took place on June 3, 2014. Because one candidate received more than 50 percent of the vote in the District 3 primary, its general election was called off. Incumbent Oliver Baines defeated Wanda Hemmitt, Barbara Ann Hunt, Eddie Rashad and Lisa Brewer.[2][3]
