Oliver Jackson Schrumpf was a 2014 candidate for the 14th Judicial District in Louisiana.[1] Schrumpf was defeated in the 2014 election.[2]

Schrumpf ran for election to the 14th Judicial District.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on November 4, 2014, receiving 32.4 percent of the vote. He competed against David Palay and William Mitchell Redd.
General: He was defeated in the general election on December 6, 2014, after receiving 33 percent of the vote. He competed against William Mitchell Redd. [1][3]

Education

Schrumpf received his undergraduate degree from McNeese State University in 1973, and his J.D. from Louisiana State University School of Law in 1975.[4]

Schrumpf has been an attorney in private practice since 1976.[4]
