An Olmstead Township Local Liquor Option measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Cuyahoga County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This measure authorized the Sunday sale of alcohol between certain times by Society of the Donauschwaben at Lenau Park. This measure is on the ballot by petition.[1]

“ | Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by Society of the Donauschwaben at Lenau Park, LLC, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of a German cultural center at 7370 Columbia Road, Olmsted Township, OH 44138 in this precinct?[1][2] | ” |
