Omar Blanco (Republican Party) is a member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing District 115. He assumed office on November 5, 2024. His current term ends on November 3, 2026.

Biography
Omar Blanco was born in Miami, Florida. His career includes service in the Miami-Dade County Fire Department, where he held the rank of captain as of his 2024 campaign. He previously held the role of president for the Metro-Dade Firefighters Local 1403. In 2021, he received the 2020 Florida Professional Firefighter of the Year Award.[1]

He resides in Southwest Dade County with his wife of 18 years, Carolina, and their two children, Kevin, age 16, and Lauren, age 12.”
