Narvaez's website highlighter the following campaign themes:[4]
Dallas affordability
- Excerpt: "Inaccurate property appraisals are unfairly pushing our taxes up. Many families are getting pushed out of their homes to make way for huge new developments. You can trust me to find creative solutions to keep our neighborhoods affordable for all families as Dallas continues to grow."
Public safety
- Excerpt: "Did you know that we are 600 officers short in the City of Dallas? Did you know crime is on the rise in our communities? These truths are unacceptable. I will also work to fix the police & fire pension crisis and restore accountability at our 9-1-1 call center without raising your taxes."
Streets
- Excerpt: "The potholes in Dallas are killing our tires and slowing down traffic. Why are our tax dollars going towards fake suspension bridges and not towards functioning complete streets? You can count on me to support investment in our roads again."
