An Orange Township Fire Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Delaware County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.
This question would have authorized the township of Orange to impose a property tax levy of 7.8 mills ($7.8 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for three years in order to fund fire protection services.[1]
