Two City Electrical Aggregation Questions was on the April 5, 2011 ballot in the cities of Oregon and Polo which are in Ogle County.
This measure was defeated in Oregon City
- YES 326 (45.47%)
- NO 391 (54.53%)
This measure was approved in Polo City
- YES 103 (50.49%)
- NO 101 (49.51%)[1]
These two cities asked residents if they wanted to allow officials to buy electricity in bulk and sell it for a lower rate than was offered. Residents and businesses were given the option to opt out of this program if they wanted to.[2]

| Shall the City of Oregon have the authority to arrange for the supply of electricity for its residential and small commercial retail customers who have not opted out of such program?[3] |
