In 1944, voters decided on nine statewide ballot measures in Oregon on November 7.
- Two of the measures were initiated constitutional amendments.
- Four of the measures were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
- Two of the measures were legislatively referred state statutes.
- One of the measures was a veto referendum.
- Voters approved six (66.7%) and rejected three (33.3%) measures.
