Oregon Ballot Act, also known as Initiative 6, did not appear on the November 2, 2010 statewide election ballot in Oregon as an initiated state statute.
As of July 2, the state's petition drive deadline, no signatures were submitted in an effort to qualify the measure for the ballot.

The ballot title read as follows:[1]
Requires election ballots to list each party that nominated a candidate unless candidate unless candidate chooses otherwise.
Result of "Yes" Vote: "Yes" vote requires election ballot to list each political party that nominated a candidate, although candidate may decline to be identified as a party's nominee.
Result of "No" Vote: "No" vote retains current requirements that if multiple parties nominate a candidate, only the party selected by the candidate shall be listed on election ballot.
Summary: Currently, major political parties must nominate candidates through primary elections; minor parties must use other methods. To maintain minor party status, including right to have ballot list party's nominee, party must poll certain percentage in most recent election; must not satisfy requirement by nominating another party's candidate. If multiple parties nominate same candidate, ballot lists candidate's name once, next to party candidate selects. Under measure, ballot lists each party that nominates the candidate; lists candidate's name each time different nominating party is listed, although candidate may decline identification as a party's nominee. Eliminates prohibiting minor party from satisfying polling percentage requirement by nominating another party's candidate; to satisfy requirement, minor party must rely on votes cast on ballot line listing that particular party. Initiative petitions for statutes required six percent of 1,379,475, or 82,769 signatures. The deadline for filing signatures for the November 2, 2010 ballot was July 2, 2010. As of July 2 no signatures were submitted in an effort to qualify the measure for the ballot.
