This measure was not put on an election ballot |
Oregon Ballot Measure 8 (2008) was an initiated constitutional amendment that did not make the November 4, 2008 ballot. It went up against Oregon's single-subject rule that required proposed initiatives to stick to only one subject and change only one area of the constitution of statutes. This measure would have allowed multiple initiated constitutional amendments to be made with one measure. Voters must be informed, through the ballot title, of the areas of the constitution that will be affected.[1]
