Ballot title

The ballot title for Measure Nos. 306-307 was as follows:

BILL AUTHORIZING STUDENT ACTIVITY FEES IN STATE HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS - Purpose: To authorize the state board of higher education to levy and collect from the students in the Oregon State Agricultural, the University of Oregon, and the State Normal Schools fees of not over $5 per term, of approximately three months each, for development and promotion of recreational and cultural student activities; the funds so collected to be administered by such organization as the board may designate.
