Oregon Measure 3 was on the ballot as an initiated state statute in Oregon on November 3, 1964. It was defeated.

A "yes" vote supported changing the Workmen’s Compensation Law from elective to compulsory state system, requiring employers to insure under state system and increasing benefits.

A "no" vote opposed changing the Workmen’s Compensation Law from elective to compulsory state system, requiring employers to insure under state system and increasing benefits.

The ballot title for Measure 3 was as follows:

AMENDING STATE WORKMEN’S COMPENSATION LAW—Purpose: Changes Workmen’s Compensation Law from an elective to a compulsory state system. Requires employers to insure under state system. Includes practically all employees. Increases benefits.
