“ | CIGARETTE TAX - Purpose: To provide a sales tax of 3 cents a package on cigarettes. (ESTIMATE OF REVENUE - The tax imposed by this measure would produce approximately $5,500,000 annually, which would be subject to appropriation by the legislature for general state purposes.) | ” |
