Oregon State Federation of Labor: William Cooper, president, Labor temple, Portland, Oregon; Ben T. Osborne, executive secretary, Labor temple, Portland, Oregon. Farmers Union of Oregon: H. R. Richards, president, The Dalles, Oregon; Mrs. G. B. Jones, secretary, Monmouth, Oregon. Order of Railway Conductors: E. J. Ellingson, state legislative representative, Eugene, Oregon—INCOME TAX BILL—Purpose: Levying a progressive income tax upon net incomes of persons and corporations, and deducting amount of such tax from property tax levied for state purposes.
