Oregon Measure Nos. 304-305 was on the ballot as a veto referendum in Oregon on November 4, 1913. It was defeated.

A "yes" vote was to uphold contested legislation defining habitual criminals, moral degenerates, and sexual perverts, and authorizing the state board of health to order surgical operations, including sterilization, to be performed on such individuals.

A "no" vote was to repeal contested legislation defining habitual criminals, moral degenerates, and sexual perverts, and authorizing the state board of health to order surgical operations, including sterilization, to be performed on such individuals.

Ballot title

The ballot title for Measure Nos. 304-305 was as follows:

STERILIZATION ACT— Referred by authority of Mrs. Lora C. Little, as Vice-President, Anti-Sterilization League, No. 7110 43rd Avenue, Portland, Oregon. Its purpose is to authorize the State Board of Health to order such surgical operations as the Board shall adjudge, to be performed upon habitual criminals, moral degenerates and sexual perverts, both male and female, and defining who shall be considered as such, the same being persons confined in some State institution.
