| “ | Initiative Bill - Proposed by Initiative Petition - Vote YES or NO BILL TO REPEAL STATE PROHIBITION LAW OF OREGON - Purpose: To repeal the general prohibition law of the state of Oregon, which prohibits the manufacture, sale, giving away, barter, delivery, receipt, possession, importation or transportation of intoxicating liquor within this state, and provides for the enforcement of such prohibition; and thus to do away with prohibition and its enforcement in and by the state of Oregon. | ” |
