Ballot title

The ballot title for Measure Nos. 318-319 was as follows:

A bill for an Act to create out of the Eastern part of Clackamas County, a new county to be called Cascade County, providing for its organization, fixing the salaries of its officers, transcribing and transferring records from the old to the new county and providing a mode of settling finances between the two counties.
