Ballot title

The ballot title for Measure Nos. 324-325 was as follows:

A bill for an Act authorizing any county in this State to issue bonds for the construction of permanent roads, providing a mode of procedure by which a special election may be called within the county to vote whether bonds shall be issued and providing for the sale of bonds and the expenditure of the money realized therefrom in actual road construction.
