The ballot title for Measure Nos. 342-343 was as follows:

Proposed by Initiative Petition

Constitutional Amendment initiated by R. P. Rasmussen, Corbett, Oregon, W. M. Davis, 138 Laurelhurst Avenue, Portland, Oregon. - COUNTY OFFICERS' TERM AMENDMENT. - Its purpose is to amend Section 6 of Article VI of the Constitution of the State of Oregon, so as to make the, terms of county clerks, treasurers, sheriffs, coroners and surveyors, four years each instead of two years, including those which may be elected at the regular November, 1914, election. --- Vote YES or NO.
