Ballot title

The ballot title for Measure Nos. 354-355 was as follows:

Proposed by Initiative Petition

An amendment of Section 10 of Article XI of the Constitution of the State of Oregon, permitting counties to incur indebtedness beyond $5,000 to build permanent roads, and providing that debts for permanent roads may be incurred on approval of a majority of those voting on the question. --- Vote YES or NO.
