The Oregon Public Education Available Without Distinction Initiative was not on the ballot in Oregon as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 6, 2018.
The measure would have provided that public education in the state is open to all, without distinction on the basis of race, color, creed, sex, national origin, medical disability, or medical vaccination status.[1]

The measure would have added a new section to Article VIII of the Oregon Constitution:[2]
Path to the ballot
Stacy Helen Cayce, Gregory Clark, and Paul Thomas filed the proposal with the secretary of state's office on February 17, 2017.[1] Oregon requires that 1,000 signatures be submitted before a ballot title is drafted.
Petitioners were required to collect 117,578 valid signatures to get their initiated constitutional amendment on the ballot. Signatures for initiatives needed to be submitted four months prior to the election on November 6, 2018, which was July 6, 2018.
Proponents of the measure did not submit signatures before the signature deadline.[4]
