Orion Metcalf Barber (1857-1930) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Customs Appeals, which became the United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals during the time of his service thereon.

Federal judicial service

Barber was nominated to the Court of Customs Appeals by President William Howard Taft. He received his commission on March 30, 1910. He assumed senior status on September 30, 1928, and served in that capacity until his death on March 28, 1930.[1]
